Objective: Design by hand, not the computer. Go back to analog and get messy with it. (Personal assignment, I wanted something handmade for my portfolio.)
Solution: Hand-collaged, hand-bound and hand-typed (via typewriter) poetry book. A focus on tactile elements with the inclusion of dried flowers, crinkled and ripped paper and maps, and other materials. Pages were pre-designed by placing elements on dry paper and then recreated as close as possible once glue was laid down. Scans of each page were turned into a pdf version for use if mass-published.
